What does heart-crafted mean anyway?

Handmade. Heart-crafted. Just like the life you're meant to live.

Handmade. Heart-crafted. Just like the life you’re meant to live.

Heart-crafted.  A mishmash of the words handcrafted and heart.

I like the idea of crafting something with your heart, in the same way that you create something with your hands.

You’re focused.

It’s a creative exercise.

There’s a sense of pride in the finished object, that same feeling you had when you were in kindergarten of “I did this!”

You take your time.

It’s a bit rough going at first because you’re doing something you’re not used to.  Then you start getting more comfortable and confident.  You look at what you’ve made and think “how beautiful.”

There’s growth and learning but a lot of joy as well.

That’s the kind of life I want to live, and the kind of life I want you to live.  To make choices from the heart.  To craft a life that comes from a place of joy and love rather than obligation and fear. To open up to ease and trust that you are doing exactly what you are meant to do.

Allow me to help you live your own heart-crafted life.
