Begin Again is an intention-setting and meaningful goal-making workshop for the new year.
During Begin Again, you will lean into the promise of the new year, using its energy AND your intuition to guide your intention.
It’s about asking: Who do I want to be in 2024?
It’s about answering: How do I want to show up in my life, for the people I love and for the work that I do?
It’s about reflecting on the woman you want to become and aligning your goals and actions with that vision.
Intention > a New Year's resolution or a word for the year

✨ Your intention is guided by your whys, what you have learned and what you value.
✨ It's inspired by your inner wisdom and the possibilities being presented by your vision for the year ahead.
✨ It is not driven by your obligations or the dictates of others' expectations.
✨ It serves as a compass—a guiding principle for the choices you will make and the actions you will take in 2024.
This is what will happen in Begin Again.
With meditations, soul writing, visioning and other creative rituals, this three-hour workshop is a mindful experience so you can start the year with powerful intention and aligned actions.
Letting go of 2023: You will process the lessons and gifts of the past year, let go of what you no longer need and take what matters.
Let's begin again: You will explore your dreams, hopes, fears and curiosities. From this space of possibility, you will set a powerful intention.
Let's take action: Here you will identify meaningful goals that are aligned with your intention and the actions to take next.

I'm Aurora M. Suarez.
I'm a certified Courageous Living life and career coach, journal creator, writer and speaker. I support women achievers, leaders and creatives get the clarity to discover what they truly want, make courageous choices, and take powerful action to change their lives. what do I need
to prepare?
All you need to bring to the workshop is your favorite pen and a bottle of water. All materials will be provided, including snacks.
can i still take part even if i live outside metro manila?
All workshops are now held face to face.
