When you just want to run away…

Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed by too much busy, too much change, too much demands on you, that you just want to run away?

Stop.

Identify and acknowledge what you’re feeling.

And consider:

What is this moment trying to teach me?

Ask:

What is my life expanding to accommodate?

Wonder:

What do I want to run towards?

Figure out:

What should I be saying no to?
