A year ago, I pressed SEND on my first Joyful Little Note. I was terrified, far from joyful…even if I knew practically no one would read it. There were only three people on my newsletter list: me, my husband and a stranger who signed up through my website. The only ones who opened the first note were my husband and me. (You can read edited versions of my joyful little notes here.)
Now, I have more than 120 subscribers who tell me that they love the notes. They say they are “inspiring,” “something to look forward to every month”…and that there’s always something “to learn, to realize and to validate my personal experiences with.”
To celebrate one year of joyful little notes, I’m doing another collaboration with a group of amazing women. I met them two years ago when I was training to be a life coach. They were my classmates or mentors and we all learned, slowly, with great patience and much courage, to transform ourselves into life coaches.
I’m calling this The Best Advice from Life Coaches and the women giving advice are:
- Iman Gatti (@imangatti) on finding your passion
- Christine Petty (@freeherspirit) on managing stress and burnout
- Helen McLaughlin (@wonderinghelen) on getting motivated
- Aurora M. Suarez (@yourheartcraftedlife—that’s me!!!) on dealing with fear
- Lara Heacock (@kindovermatter) on being happy
This series is another Joyful Little Note exclusive and will not be appearing on my blog or social media accounts. If you want to get their advice straight in your inbox throughout the month, subscribe to my newsletter below.
