What matters most

Last week was all about finalizing the workbook for Craft a Life You Love: The Workshop before going to press. (Yup, all my workshop workbooks are professionally printed.)

The questions inside reconnected me once again with my values or what mattered most to me. Knowing my values helped me pinpoint which areas of my life needed my attention.

I could have started, as one usually does, with what’s not working (some health concerns, my money mindset) and then find action plans to address those areas.

But what made this time with the workbook more powerful for me was starting from a place of knowing myself deeply enough to remember what I valued and from there, work on the areas that made me feel excited and alive or find ways to look at the areas of my life that needed work through new eyes.

I identified my values as LOVE, CREATIVITY, CLEAR COMMUNICATION, ALIGNMENT and FAITH.

From this starting point, I made the decision to focus on my creativity as a source of abundance. My health concerns became an opportunity to love my body more. I looked at the home improvements I wanted as a way to express myself that was more aligned with who I was.

If you’re ready to identify what matters most so you can focus on your life with more love and intention, then join me for Craft a Life You Love: The Workshop. When I do my workshops, I’m not there to give you tips and advice. Rather, I guide you in uncovering who you are, what you value and from that space, make powerful choices that have meaningful impact.

I look forward to spending a beautiful and inspiring morning with you this March. Find out more about the workshop here.
