If there is one habit to remember out of all the seven, it’s this: Knowing and loving yourself will be the force that will change your life because it will allow you to make choices to live the life YOU WANT, not the life everyone else wants you to live.
Here are some questions you can ask for greater self-knowledge:
- What would it look like, feel like, sound like, be like if I were living at my best?
- What is it that I desire?
- How will my life change if that happens?
- What would it take for me to fully commit to my dream/my desire?
Here are some self-love practices so you can continually have a love story with your life:
- You speak kindly to yourself.
- You forgive yourself.
- You’re compassionate and respectful towards yourself.
- You laugh.
