Create the life you want with Morning Affirmations

law of attractionThe mind is your most powerful goal-setting tool. The more you ponder on things, the more likely that they are to happen—this is called the Law of Attraction. It’s an attraction of energies between the universe and your own thoughts and ideas. You practice the Law of Attraction when you set goals. You make lists, you tell people, and you make a plan to make them real. An easy way to start practicing this law are Morning Affirmations.

Morning Affirmations are a set of positive words you say to yourself every morning. It’s a beautiful act of prepping yourself for the day and taking action towards the life you want. You are attracting positivity into your life. It’s like you are telling the universe, “Okay, so this is what I want in my life and this is who I’m going to be.”

It can also be an effective self-healing session. Instead of starting the day with worry and anxiety over the things we have to do and the projects we have to complete, Morning Affirmations can be used to ease tension and conflict in your life by manifesting positivity, love, and forgiveness to the universe and into your soul.

Below are some examples of Morning Affirmations you can try (read them out loud and see their effects on your body and spirit!)

  • Today I am one step closer to reaching my goals.
  • I have the power and strength to create the life I want for myself.
  • I am courageous enough to face my own fears.
  • I can handle every challenge and obstacles life throws at me.
  • My goals are attracted to me and I’m attracted to them.
  • I forgive myself for the pain I’ve caused to other people.
  • I forgive the people who have caused me pain.
  • I love my body and no one can tell me otherwise.
  • I am enough to love and be loved.
  • I am a magnet of positivity.
  • I’m going to end the day feeling accomplished, happy, and contented.

Start the day through Morning Affirmations. I encourage you to make your own. You can put it on your phone, journal or on a sticky note. You can try reading it to yourself in bed as soon as you wake up, in front of a mirror, practice it in the shower or whatever feels good for you. Once you’ve started practicing it, keep in mind the Law of Attraction. It can only be effective through repetition and your trust in the process. It’s like a magnet, whatever thought or idea you start thinking about, the universe will be attracted to it. Good luck!
